1. Product Listings & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, purity, and pricing. Gold and diamond jewellery prices may vary with prevailing market rates and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

2. Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued in such cases.

3. Hallmarking & Certification

All gold jewellery sold is BIS Hallmarked in accordance with applicable Indian regulations. Diamond jewellery, where certified, is accompanied by an IGI certificate.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders below a configurable value threshold. Orders above ₹50,000 require online prepayment. We reserve the right to request OTP verification for COD orders to prevent fraud.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlingboutiquexIndia shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

7. Grievance Redressal

As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be directed to our Grievance Officer at grievance@blingboutiquexindia.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
